Pickbro provides an order picking and warehouse management solution designed to streamline operations, optimize routes, and improve efficiency. Our services include, but are not limited to, order processing, route optimization, and order history tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice.
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and VAT number (if applicable). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added as required by Belgian law. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws, including Belgian and EU laws. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the platform (e.g., order data, customer information) complies with data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Pickbro, including the application, logos, and designs, are the property of Pickbro or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data, as well as your rights under GDPR.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Pickbro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm Pickbro or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
